Examples of Canadian Eligible Inventory in a sentence
With respect to any locations or warehouse space leased as of the Closing Date and thereafter, if the Collateral Agent has not received a Collateral Access Agreement as of the Effective Date (or, if later, as of the date such location is acquired or leased), the applicable Grantor's Eligible U.S. Inventory and Canadian Eligible Inventory at that location shall be subject to such Reserves as may be established by the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion.
Canadian Availability Reserves: the sum (without duplication) of (a) the aggregate amount of the Canadian Rent Reserve, if any, established pursuant to clause (h) of the definition of Canadian Eligible Inventory; (b) the Canadian LC Reserve; (c) the Canadian Bank Product Reserve; (d) the Canadian Priority Payables Reserve; and (e) such additional reserves, in such amounts and with respect to such matters, as the Agent may establish in its Permitted Discretion.
In addition, Agent reserves the right, at any time and from time to time after the Closing Date, to adjust any of the applicable criteria and to establish new criteria with respect to Canadian Eligible Inventory, in its Permitted Discretion, subject to the approval of Required Lenders in the case of adjustments or new criteria which have the effect of making more credit available.
Agent shall have the right to establish, modify, or eliminate Reserves against Canadian Eligible Inventory from time to time in its Permitted Discretion.
Eligible Inventory: the (a) Australian Eligible Inventory, (b) Belgian Eligible Inventory, (c) Canadian Eligible Inventory, (d) Dutch Eligible Inventory, (e) New Zealand Eligible Inventory, (f) Norwegian Eligible Inventory, (g) Singapore Eligible Inventory, (h) UK Eligible Inventory, and/or (i) U.S. Eligible Inventory, as the context requires.
