Canadian Perfection Certificate definition

Canadian Perfection Certificate means the Canadian Perfection Certificate in the form thereof included in Exhibit D-2 or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent, as the same may be supplemented from time to time pursuant to Section 9.10(c) or otherwise.
Canadian Perfection Certificate means the perfection certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D-3 to this Agreement.
Canadian Perfection Certificate has the meaning assigned to the termPerfection Certificate” in the Canadian Security Agreement.

More Definitions of Canadian Perfection Certificate

Canadian Perfection Certificate means the perfection certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D-3 to this Agreement. “Canadian Prime Rate” shall mean, for any day, a fluctuating rate per annum equal to the highest of (a) the variable per annum rate of interestquoted in the Wall Street Journal, Money Rates Section as the Prime Rate, as in effect from time to time, for Canadian Dollar loans in Canada, (b) the rate ofinterest per annum that is equal to the sum of (I) the CDOR Rate (as determined by subsection (x) of such definition) for a one month Interest Period and (II) 1.00% per annum, and (c) the CDOR Floor plus 1.00% per annum.
Canadian Perfection Certificate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.19(d).
Canadian Perfection Certificate means the perfection certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D-3 to thisAgreement.
