Cancellation Amendment. The Transfer Agent shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the Security Procedure provided that such requests are received in a timely manner affording the Transfer Agent reasonable opportunity to act. However, the Transfer Agent assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
Cancellation Amendment. The Sub-Transfer Agent shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the Security Procedure provided that such requests are received in a timely manner affording the Sub-Transfer Agent reasonable opportunity to act. However, the Sub-Transfer Agent assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
Cancellation Amendment. All of herein required policies of insurance shall provide the insurance may not be amended or cancelled by insurer or any Party hereto without providing thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice (with exception of ten (10) calendar days prior written notice for nonpayment) to City. In the event any of said policies of insurance are amended or cancelled, Consultant shall, five (5) business days prior to the cancellation date, submit new evidence of insurance in conformance with this Agreement to City.
Cancellation Amendment. This award may be canceled or amended by the Committee, in whole or in part, in accordance with the applicable terms of the Plan.
Cancellation Amendment. This Agreement is not subject to cancellation during any period of time that there is any outstanding purchase orders hereunder this Agreement, or if this Agreement has a fixed term, during the period of such fixed term. Upon the termination or cancellation of any purchase order, the Buyer shall be responsible for alt reasonable cancellation charges, as provided in Section 7, (a), (b) and (c).
Cancellation Amendment. The Customer shall have no right to cancel or amend any Entry/file after its receipt by Bank, but prior to Bank’s release to the ACH Operator. However, Bank shall use all reasonable efforts to act on a request by the Customer to cancel an Entry or file before transmitting it. Bank shall have no liability if it fails to affect the cancellation in such situation.
Cancellation Amendment. 3.1 Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider cancel TBO’s booking for already booked hotel. The Service Provider shall give a prior notice in writing to TBO for non- availability of hotel;

However, BFDS assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
Cancellation Amendment. The Company shall use reasonable best efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the Security Procedure provided that such requests are received in a timely manner affording the Company reasonable opportunity to act. However, in absence of negligence, bad faith or willful misconduct by the Company, the Company assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
Cancellation Amendment. However, the Transfer Agent assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation of a payment order cannot be satisfied, provided that it has used reasonable efforts as set forth above and that it has acted in good faith and without willful default, willful misconduct, fraud, negligence, or gross negligence in the performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement or reckless disregard of its duties and obligations under this Agreement.
