Capacity Tranche definition

Capacity Tranche or “CT” or “CT Agreement” or “CTA” or “Booked Capacity” is defined in Clause 4.1 (a).
Capacity Tranche or “CT” or “CT Agreement” or “Booked Capacity” shall be a quantity of transmission capacity reserved by Transporter for a particular transmission purpose of Shipper. Each CT Agreement shall be identified by a name, Delivery Point and Redelivery point and shall be documented in a separate Exhibit to this Agreement.
Capacity Tranche means the capacity reserved (in case of Ship-or-Pay CT Agreement) for the Shipper in the pipeline system (details of pipeline system) from [insert Delivery Point] (the “Delivery Point”) to the [insert Redelivery Point] (the “Redelivery Point”) under this CT Agreement. Capacity Tranche means the capacity reserved (in the case of Ship-or-Pay CT Agreement) for the Shipper in the DVPL-GREP Upgradation pipeline system from the outlet of the downstream flange of Shipper's upstream transporter at Ankot in the state of Gujarat (the "Delivery Point") to the outlet of the downstream flange of the metering facilities of Transporter at the power plant unit of Shipper located at Khaikhera Village, Kashipur Tehsil, Udham Singh Nagar (Uttaranchal) (the "Re-Delivery Point") under the CT Agreement. Further the pipeline system mentioned above have following AHAs and CV Bands relative to the Delivery Point and Redelivery Point (which shall be intimated in due course):
Capacity Tranche means an individual block of auction dates and hours of capacity entitlement. Prior to the establishment of the Market Capacity Price, and if capacity obligations for load serving entities exist in the NYISO Tariff then NIAGARA MOHAWK shall retain the right to claim the Capacity, and PRODUCER must provide such Capacity, for NIAGARA MOHAWK's capacity requirements to the NYISO. Capacity Tranche means the capacity reserved for the Shipper in the Transporter’s gas pipeline system from outlet flange of Shipper’s upstream supplier at [insert Delivery Point] (the “Delivery Point”) to the outlet of the downstream flange of metering facilities of Transporter at [insert Redelivery Point] (the “Redelivery Point”) under this CT Agreement.
Capacity Tranche means an individual block of auction dates and hours of capacity entitlement.

  • Extended Tranche has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).

  • Single Tranche means the amount of the Financing allocated to the category entitled “Single Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Eurocurrency Tranche the collective reference to Eurocurrency Loans under a particular Facility the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Total Revolving Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Commitments of the Revolving Lenders as the same may be decreased pursuant to Section 2.12(c) or increased pursuant to Section 2.19. As of the Closing Date, the amount of the Total Revolving Commitment is $100,000,000.

  • Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • Initial Tranche means the first Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities issued.

  • Existing Revolver Tranche has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).

  • Extended Revolving Facility Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Available Revolving Commitment as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment then in effect over (b) such Lender’s Revolving Extensions of Credit then outstanding; provided, that in calculating any Lender’s Revolving Extensions of Credit for the purpose of determining such Lender’s Available Revolving Commitment pursuant to Section 2.8(a), the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding shall be deemed to be zero.

  • Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment means at any time the Total Revolving Credit Commitment less the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all Defaulting Lenders.

  • Extended Revolving Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19(a).

  • Total Revolving Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments then in effect.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Canadian Revolving Commitment means, as to each Canadian Revolving Lender, its obligation to make Canadian Revolving Loans to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Canadian Revolving Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01, in the Assignment and Assumption or other agreement pursuant to which such Canadian Revolving Lender becomes a party hereto, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to Section 2.21, to make Incremental Revolving Loans to the Borrower.

  • Multicurrency Commitment means, with respect to each Multicurrency Lender, the commitment of such Multicurrency Lender to make Syndicated Loans, and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans, denominated in Dollars and in Agreed Foreign Currencies hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate amount of such Lender’s Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The amount of each Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Multicurrency commitment, as applicable. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Multicurrency Commitments as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is $745,000,000.

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Commitments of all of the Revolving Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment is $1,000,000,000.

  • Unused Total Revolving Commitment means, at any time, the excess of (i) the Total Revolving Commitment at such time over (ii) the Aggregate Revolving Facility Exposure at such time.

  • Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).

  • Extending Revolving Lender shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.22(a)(iii).

  • Extended Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(2).

  • Terminating Tranche has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).

  • Total Revolving Credit Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of all the Lenders.

  • Replacement Revolving Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22.

  • U.S. Revolving Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make or otherwise fund any U.S. Revolving Loan and to acquire participations in U.S. Letters of Credit and Swing Line Loans hereunder and “U.S. Revolving Commitments” means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s U.S. Revolving Commitment, if any, is set forth on Schedule 1.01(c) or in the applicable Assignment Agreement or Joinder Agreement, as applicable, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the U.S. Revolving Commitments as of the Closing Date is $265,000,000.

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.
