Capital Expenditure Plan means a plan setting out the plan, schedule and budget for Capital Maintenance and Improvements for the Power Operations;
Capital Expenditure Plan means the annual plan in respect of Capital Expenditures for the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary for a Fiscal Year of the Borrower. Each such plan shall be in comparative and consistent form to preceding Fiscal Years and Capital Expenditure Plans previously submitted to the Lenders and shall be comprised of (i) an itemized listing of Capital Expenditures made in the immediately preceding Fiscal Year, and (ii) proposed Capital Expenditures for such Fiscal Year.
