Capital Improvement Plan definition
Capital Improvement Plan means, with respect to a particular Property, the capital improvement plan for such Property approved by Lender, which plan shall contain the anticipated date of completion for each capital improvement and a consolidated summary of such capital improvement plan in the form of EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Capital Improvement Plan means that portion of an applicant's adopted local comprehensive plan which indicates a schedule of capital improvement projects, including estimated costs and target dates for completion.
