Certificate of Expenditure definition

Certificate of Expenditure means the certification of expenditures to be provided to the City by Developer for Eligible Expenses on the form attached hereto as Exhibit J, as described in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Certificate of Expenditure means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit C to be provided by the Owner to the City in accordance with this Agreement and evidencing TIF Eligible Expenses incurred by the Owner and eligible for reimbursement to Owner under the terms of this Agreement and the Act. The Certificate of Expenditure is sometimes referred to herein as a “Certificate”.
Certificate of Expenditure means a signed document issued by the Organisation certifying that all of the funding was expended for the purpose of and in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Certificate of Expenditure in a sentence

  • Prior to or concurrently with the first Certificate of Expenditure submitted by Developer to the City, the Developer shall submit plan documentation to assist the City in reviewing the Certificate of Expenditures.

  • If the City disapproves of the Certificate of Expenditure, the City shall notify the Developer in writing of the reason for such disapproval within such sixty (60) day period.
