Certification or Certified definition

Certification or Certified means a determination by OptumHealth that mental health care or substance abuse care or proposed care is a medically necessary, covered service in accordance with the terms of this Certificate.
Certification or Certified means assessment and approval must be undertaken by a suitably qualified and experienced person in relation to any assessment or documentation required by the Manual for assessing consequence categories and hydraulic performance of structures, including design plans, ‘as constructed’ drawings and specifications, construction, operation or an annual report regarding regulated structures, undertaken in accordance with the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland Policy Certification by Registered Professional Engineers of Queensland.
Certification or Certified means a determination made by a certifying agent that a production or handling operation is in compliance with the Act and the regulations in this Chapter, which is documented by a certificate of California compliant operation.

The Certificate Administrator may require that Investor Certifications are resubmitted from time to time in accordance with its policies and procedures. For the avoidance of doubt if a Borrower Party is the Controlling Class Representative or a Controlling Class Certificateholder, such Person (A) shall be prohibited from having access to the Excluded Information solely with respect to the related Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan and (B) shall not be permitted to exercise voting or control, consultation and/or special servicer appointment rights as a member of the Controlling Class solely with respect to the related Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan.

  • CEC Certification and Verification means that the CEC has certified (or, with respect to periods before the Project has commenced commercial operation (as such term is defined by and according to the CEC), that the CEC has pre-certified) that the Project is an ERR for purposes of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and that all Energy produced by the Project qualifies as generation from an ERR for purposes of the Project.

  • Compliance certification means a submission to the department or the U.S. EPA, as appropriate, that is required under section 8 of this rule to report a NOx budget source’s or a NOx budget unit’s compliance or noncompliance with this rule and that is signed by the NOx authorized account representative in accordance with section 6 of this rule.
