Certifying Covered Persons definition

Certifying Covered Persons means the following: President & Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Physician Executive, and all other members of senior management and the leaders of all business units, divisions or departments with operations that relate to the Federal health care programs.

Certifying Covered Persons includes the Manager, the Executive Director, Regional Director of Sales, Compliance Officer, and Senior Hospice Xxxxxx. The parties recognize that certain services are provided pursuant to management agreements and the foregoing functions may be performed (as appropriate) by employees of other entities pursuant to those agreements. Those employees will provide the required certifications.

Certifying Covered Persons means the following:  President;‌‌  Vice President of Finance;  General Counsel;‌‌  Vice President of Marketing;‌  Vice President of Clinical Studies;  Vice President of Medical & Academic Affairs;‌‌  Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & New Product Development;‌  Vice President of Commercial Excellence and Corporate Accounts;  Head of Digital Health & Diagnostics; and‌‌  Area Vice Presidents of Sales (East, South, West, and Pacific).

Examples of Certifying Covered Persons in a sentence

• In addition to the responsibilities set forth in this CIA for all Covered Persons, Certifying Covered Persons are specifically expected to monitor and oversee activities within their areas of authority and shall annually certify that the applicable Good Shepherd department is in compliance with applicable Federal health care program requirements and with the obligations of this CIA.

• The Certifying Covered Persons shall monitor compliance within the divisions or departments for which they are responsible and annually certify that the applicable division or department is in compliance with applicable Federal health care program requirements and the requirements of this CIA.

• The Certifying Covered Persons shall monitor compliance within the business unit for which they are responsible and annually certify that the applicable Biotronik business unit is in compliance with applicable Federal health care program and FDA requirements and with the requirements of this CIA.

• The Certifying Covered Persons shall monitor compliance within the divisions or departments for which they are responsible and annually certify that the applicable BioTek division or department is in compliance with applicable Federal health care program requirements and the requirements of this CIA.

• To the permit holders but some permit holder whose permit validity already expired could not register their vehicle because of the expiry of the permits.

• Within 90 days after the Effective Date, TEN shall develop and implement a written process for Certifying Covered Persons to follow for the purpose of completing the certification required by this section (e.g., reports that must be reviewed, assessments that must be completed, sub-certifications that must be obtained, etc.
