Charges Variation Procedure means the procedure for varying the Charges specified in Schedule 2-3. CITHS Contract Manager means Xxxxx Dulston of the CUSTOMER and Xxxxxx Xxxxx of the CONTRACTOR. Code has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 19.5 of this Contract. Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in Schedule 2-10 comprising the information of a commercially sensitive nature relating to the CONTRACTOR, its Intellectual Property Rights or its business or which the CONTRACTOR has indicated to the CUSTOMER that, if disclosed by the CUSTOMER, would cause the CONTRACTOR significant commercial disadvantage or material financial loss. Confidential Information means the CUSTOMER Confidential Information and/or the CONTRACTOR Confidential Information. Contract means the clauses of this contract together with the Schedules and annexes to it and any documents referred/attached to it. Contract Change Note (CCN) means the contract change note specified in Annex A to Schedule 2-7.
