Charges Variation Procedure definition

Charges Variation Procedure means the procedure for varying the Charges specified in Schedule 2-3.

Contract Change Note (CCN) means the contract change note specified in Annex A to Schedule 2-7.

  • Charges Variation The Charges may only be varied in accordance with the provisions of the Charges Variation Procedure.
