Charges Variation Procedure means the procedure for varying the Charges specified in Schedule 2-3. CITHS Contract Manager means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx of the CUSTOMER and Xxx Xxxxx of the CONTRACTOR. Confidential Information means the CUSTOMER Confidential Information and/or the CONTRACTOR Confidential Information. Contract means the clauses of this contract together with the Schedules and annexes to it and any documents referred/attached to it. Contract Change Note (CCN) means the contract change note specified in Annex A to Schedule 2-7.

No amendment to the provisions of this Contract, other than a variation of the Charges in accordance with the Charges Variation Procedure or a variation of any Sub-Contractors in accordance with Clause 30.5, shall be effective unless made in accordance with the Contract Change Procedure specified in Schedule 2-7.
