Chart Group means, collectively, the Company and each group, division and subsidiary (whether or not wholly owned) of the Company. Employee acknowledges that the Company has taken reasonable measures to preserve the secrecy of its Confidential Information, including, but not limited to, requiring Employee to execute this Agreement in exchange for the independent consideration provided for herein. Employee agrees that he or she will not disclose to any other person or entity the Chart Group's Confidential Information which Employee has learned or acquired during his employment or use said Confidential Information for Employee's own benefit or for the benefit of another.
