Child day care services definition

Child day care services means a program of supplementary care in accordance with section 19a-77(a) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Child day care services means services for children of low-income parents who are in vocational training; or employed 20 or more hours per week, or are employed an average of 20 or more hours per week during the month; or who are unable to provide adequate and necessary care for a child with spe- cial needs, or for a limited period of time, when the caring person is absent due to hospitalization, physical or mental illness, or death; or for protective services (without regard to income).
