Chronic Service Outage definition

Chronic Service Outage shall have the meaning set forth in the Product Supplement for such Service. "Commencement Date" shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Service Agreement.
Chronic Service Outage is as defined in Section 13 of this Schedule.
Chronic Service Outage shall have the meaning identified in the applicable Product Rider.

Examples of Chronic Service Outage in a sentence

  • If GTT is unable to resolve the Chronic Service Outage for the affected Service within the Cure Period, Client shall have the right to terminate the affected Service if Client provides written notice with respect to such termination to GTT within thirty (30) days following the Cure Period.

  • In the event that there is a Chronic Service Outage, GTT will have thirty (30) days following receipt of Client’s written notification of the Chronic Service Outage through the GTT NOC trouble ticket system to evaluate and prescribe resolution, including a timeline to complete the prescribed repairs (“Cure Period”).

Related to Chronic Service Outage

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Excused Outage means any disruption to or unavailability of Services caused by or due to (i) Scheduled Maintenance,

  • Electronic smoking device means any product containing or delivering nicotine or any other substance intended for human consumption that can be used by a person in any manner for the purpose of inhaling vapor or aerosol from the product. The term includes any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, e-hookah, or vape pen, or under any other product name or descriptor.

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
