  • The foregoing rights in favor of City shall be addition to, and not in lieu of, any rights and remedies City may have under this Agreement or applicable Laws; and nothing set forth herein shall be deemed to waive any authority, right, remedy, or power vested in any City Bodies under applicable Laws.
