Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement
Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.
Design-build team means an entity that consists of:
Space Plan means the Preliminary Space Plan as finally approved in writing by Landlord and Tenant as provided below.
Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
Permit revision means any permit modification or administrative permit amendment.
Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;
Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
Benchmark Review means a review of the Services carried out in accordance with paragraphs 2.1 to 2.3 of Schedule 7 (Value for Money) of this Framework Agreement to determine whether those Services represent Good Value;
Numbering Plan Area (NPA) , also called area code, means the three (3)-digit code that occupies the A, B, C positions in the ten (10)-digit NANP format that applies throughout the NANP Area. NPAs are of the form NXX, where N represents the digits two (2) through nine (9) and X represents any digit zero (0) through nine (9). In the NANP, NPAs are classified as either geographic or non-geographic. Geographic NPAs are NPAs which correspond to discrete geographic areas within the NANP Area. Non-geographic NPAs are NPAs that do not correspond to discrete geographic areas, but which are instead assigned for services with attributes, functionalities, or requirements that transcend specific geographic boundaries. For example, NPAs in the N00 format, (e.g., 800, 900) are non-geographic.
Development Work means all work and services necessary or desirable in connection
Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
Design-Build Firm means a partnership, corporation or other legal entity that:
Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Numbering Plan Area (“NPA”) (sometimes referred to as an area code) is the three- digit indicator which is designated by the first three digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP. Each NPA contains 800 possible NXX Codes. There are two general categories of NPA, “Geographic NPAs” and “Non-Geographic NPAs.” A “Geographic NPA” is associated with a defined geographic area, and all telephone numbers bearing such NPA are associated with services provided within that geographic area. A “Non-Geographic NPA,” also known as a “Service Access Code (SAC Code)” is typically associated with a specialized Telecommunications Service which may be provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; 500, 800, 900, 700, and 888 are examples of Non-Geographic NPAs.
Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);
Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.
Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
