City Expenses definition

City Expenses means all legal and professional costs, fees and expenses incurred by City with regard to the preparation of this Agreement, the Funding Agreement, and any and all other Ordinances, Resolutions or other documents necessary for implementation of the District as well as for representation and appearances of legal counsel at any hearings or proceedings required to implement the District.
City Expenses means the expenses of the City incurred for administrative, financial and legal services incurred in connection with the TDD Improvements.
City Expenses means the expenses of the City incurred for administrative, financial and legal services incurred in connection with the CID Improvements.

More Definitions of City Expenses

City Expenses means the reasonable City expenses for financial and legal expenses incurred in connection with the Project including those expenses which accrued prior to the execution of this Agreement.

In the event any portion of the Leased Premises is declared exempt from ad valorem taxes, then the City shall annually pay a fee in lieu of the amount of the increment of the ad valorem taxes that would have been generated if any portion of the building space or underlying real estate of the Leased Premises was not declared exempt from ad valorem taxes.
