Class F Unit definition

Class F Unit. The Partnership Interest held by the Class F Limited Partner, each full Class F Unit representing a $100,000 Capital Contribution.

Class F Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees and of the General Partner (exclusive of its interest as holder of the general partner interest and the Incentive Distribution Rights) and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class F Units in this Agreement.

Class F Unit means, collectively, the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class F Units”.

Examples of Class F Unit in a sentence

• If the Purchaser’s Class I Units of CI Money Market Fund are redeemed during a calendar quarter to satisfy a capital call, Class F Units will be issued with effect as of the last Business Day of the most recently completed calendar quarter at a subscription price per Class F Unit equal to the Net Asset Value per Class F Unit in respect of that date.

• Following the calculation of the Net Asset Value per Class F Unit, the Subscription Receipts will be automatically exchanged, without any further action on the part of the Purchaser, into the number of Class F Units determined with reference to the Net Asset Value per Class F Unit.

• As calculations of Net Asset Value per Class F Unit will not be determined until a date following each quarter-end, all subscriptions for Class F Units will initially be made through the purchase of interim subscription receipts (“Subscription Receipts”) at a fixed net asset value of $100 per Subscription Receipt.

• Following the calculation of the NAV per Class F Unit, the Subscription Receipts will be automatically exchanged, without any further action on the part of the Purchaser, into the number of Class F Units determined with reference to the NAV per Class F Unit.

More Definitions of Class F Unit

Class F Unit means a unit of beneficial interest in the Trust designated as Class F units. “Class I Unit” means a unit of beneficial interest in the Trust designated as Class I units. “Class M Unit” means a unit of beneficial interest in the Trust designated as Class M units. “Class R Unit” means a unit of beneficial interest in the Trust designated as Class R units.

Class F Unit means a Class F Unit of the Trust and includes a fraction of a Class F Unit of the Trust.

Class F Unit means a unit of the Partnership with an undivided interest in the Investments attributable to the Class F Units entitling the holder of record thereof to the rights, restrictions, privileges and obligations provided in the Partnership Agreement.

Class F Unit means an MLP Security representing a fractional part of the MLP Securities of all Limited Partners and assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a Class F Unit in the MLP Partnership Agreement. A Class F Unit that is convertible into a Common Unit shall not constitute a Common Unit until such conversion occurs pursuant to the terms of the MLP Partnership Agreement.

Class F Unit means a Class F unit of the Trust;

Class F Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class F Unit as provided in this Agreement.

Class F Unit means a class F unit in the capital of the Fund; "Class I Unit" means a class I unit in the capital of the Fund;
