Class F Unit definition

Class F Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees and of the General Partner (exclusive of its interest as holder of the general partner interest and the Incentive Distribution Rights) and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class F Units in this Agreement.

Class F Unit. The Partnership Interest held by the Class F Limited Partner, each full Class F Unit representing a $100,000 Capital Contribution.

Class F Unit means, collectively, the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class F Units”.

More Definitions of Class F Unit

Class F Unit means a Class F Unit of the Trust and includes a fraction of a Class F Unit of the Trust.

Class F Unit means an MLP Security representing a fractional part of the MLP Securities of all Limited Partners and assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a Class F Unit in the MLP Partnership Agreement. A Class F Unit that is convertible into a Common Unit shall not constitute a Common Unit until such conversion occurs pursuant to the terms of the MLP Partnership Agreement.
