Class III Bonds definition

Class III Bonds means the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Single Family Mortgage Class III Bonds authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture.

Examples of Class III Bonds in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise may be provided in a Liquidity Facility, to the extent of any principal of such Bank Bonds which is payable in advance of the dates provided for in Section 2.1 and 3.2 of this Series Indenture pursuant to Section 3.7 of this Series Indenture, such portion of the Bank Bonds shall constitute Class III Bonds and shall also constitute General Obligation Bonds.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.
