Client Customer definition
Client Customer means a legal person or a natural person who has concluded the Agreement on Paynovate services.
Client Customer means any and all of the Parties which are identified in the ‘Participating bodies’ section of the Contract. The parties listed may act jointly and severally and shall be capable of enforcement on behalf of each other, or jointly or severally by each of the organisations as they may elect; and payment may be made to the Contractor by any or all of the organisations.
Client Customer means the entity or person(s) specified in Clause 1(a) of Sanction Letter and shall where the context so requires include, in the case of a body corporate, the successors-in-title, liquidators, administrators and permitted assignees of the Mortgagor or in the case an individual his/her heirs, successors, executors, administrators, assignees and personal representatives.

In the event of a default of a bank where We have a Client Bank Account, Client / Customer Money held in all Client Bank Accounts will be pooled.
As money in these accounts is not classed as Client / Customer Money, details relating to pooling of money in Client Bank Accounts in this Agreement do not apply.

More Definitions of Client Customer
Client Customer means:
(a) the person which is (i) the actual or prospective insured or insurance provider; or (ii) an agent or sub-agent where the actual or prospective insured or insurance provider is the ultimate principal of such agent or sub-agent pursuant to any contractual, agency or intermediary arrangements between the relevant parties; and where, in either case, the party described has engaged the Client (or a sub-agent) for the purpose of arranging, negotiating, entering into, administering, varying, cancelling or terminating contracts of insurance, binding authorities, line slips and other similar arrangements on behalf of the actual or prospective insured or insurance provider, as the case may be; and
(b) for the purpose of this Interchange Agreement (or elsewhere in this Agreement unless otherwise stated) Client Customer shall include the actual or prospective insured or insurance provider and all intermediaries between such party and the Client as appropriate.
Client Customer means the person(s) or entity(ies) with whom a REALTOR® or a REALTOR®'s firm has an agency or legally recognized non-agency relationship.
Client Customer is a customer, client, supp lier or vendor of Client or a third party service provi der of such customer, supplier or vendor.
Client Customer means the recipient of a payment made by a Client as an Outward Payment or the originator of a payment made to a Client as an Inward Receipt;
Client Customer is any Client customer, prospect or subscriber or user of any Client service, including Client's web sites, email services or products. This Agreement will not be construed in any way as granting any rights in the Customer Information to PeopleSupport. PeopleSupport may receive or use Customer Information solely for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement, and if PeopleSupport learns or obtains any Customer Information, PeopleSupport shall treat such Customer Information as proprietary and confidential to Client, whether or not Client intentionally disclosed such Customer Information to PeopleSupport. Notwithstanding any other obligations of PeopleSupport herein, PeopleSupport shall comply with the terms and provisions of Client's policies, conditions and service agreements including, without limitation, Client's Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Internet Service Agreement as set forth at www.earthlink.net and attached hereto as Exhibit B, and subject ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇ime to time. Client agrees to provide PeopleSupport with written notice of any material changes to these documents and to allow for appropriate training and compliance, if necessary.
Client Customer means an end consumer of Client (or, in the scenario where Client is not a merchant, of the party engaged by Client) who requires delivery or returns services.
Client Customer means the client/customer or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the client/customer, or any person purchasing products and services from FDG.
