Client Entities means clients with which the Company has worked as of the date of this Agreement, and future clients of the Company.

  • As discussed above, where identifiable, costs will be directly assigned or distributed to Client Entities.

More Definitions of Client Entities

Client Entities means clients with which the Company has worked as of the date of this Agreement, and future clients of the Company. "Companies Acts" means the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations pertaining to corporations (societe anonyme or Aktiengesellschaft); "Company" means Exclusive Events S.A., a company, further details of which are set out in Part 2 of the First Schedule;
Client Entities means: i) the Client and its related companies; and ii) any employee, director, agent, contractor and/or sub- contractor of/to the Client (but in all cases excluding Exception Entities).

Related to Client Entities

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • train operator means any person who is authorised to act as the operator of a train by a licence under section 8 of the Railways Act 1993.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
