Clinical Personnel definition

Clinical Personnel means those individuals who are (to the extent permitted by law) employed by or otherwise under contract or associated with Business Manager as nurse anesthetists, physician assistants, technicians, nurse practitioners or similar positions, or any position that generates a professional charge except for Professionals. In the event that such individuals are not permitted by the laws of the State to be employed by or otherwise under contract with Business Manager, such individuals shall instead be employed by or under contract with the Practice, and all expenses associated with the employment of or contracting with such individuals shall be Practice Expenses.
Clinical Personnel means a Qualified Practitioner, Provisional Audiometrist, Provisional Audiologist, or Student engaged by the Service Provider to provide Services under this Contract

Clinical Personnel means all Physicians and other licensed or certified personnel of Practice who provide patient care services on behalf of Practice.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.
