Clinical Personnel definition

Clinical Personnel means those individuals who are (to the extent permitted by law) employed by or otherwise under contract or associated with Business Manager as nurse anesthetists, physician assistants, technicians, nurse practitioners or similar positions, or any position that generates a professional charge except for Professionals. In the event that such individuals are not permitted by the laws of the State to be employed by or otherwise under contract with Business Manager, such individuals shall instead be employed by or under contract with the Practice, and all expenses associated with the employment of or contracting with such individuals shall be Practice Expenses.
Clinical Personnel means a Qualified Practitioner, Provisional Audiometrist, Provisional Audiologist, or Student engaged by the Service Provider to provide Services under this Contract

Examples of Clinical Personnel in a sentence

  • Any Clinical Personnel provided to EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION by a Contractor will be subject to the Clinical Personnel Requirements set forth in Section 2.2 hereof.

  • The Practice shall, as a Practice Expense, obtain and maintain with commercial carriers chosen by the Practice appropriate workers' compensation coverage for the Practice's employed personnel, if any, and professional and comprehensive general liability insurance covering the Practice and each of the Professionals and Clinical Personnel the Practice retains to provide Professional Eye Care Services.

  • The term "Clinical Personnel" shall mean those individuals who are (to the extent permitted by law) employed by or otherwise under contract or associated with Business Manager as nurse anesthetists, physician assistants, technicians, nurse practitioners or similar positions, or any position that generates a professional charge except for Professionals.

  • Thereafter, the then-current fee for the Clinical Personnel and Benefits shall be subject to pricing adjustments as set forth in subpart (c) below.
