Closeout report definition

Closeout report means the final annual report submitted to ODSA in the closeout year by an Award Recipient.
Closeout report. A written summary of Subrecipient’s expenses and accruals incurred through the last day of the Fiscal Year. Subrecipient shall complete and submit this Report in the form and manner as designated by County. Congregate Meals: Nutritionally balanced food that is prepared according to the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work and is provided to Clients as part of the Congregate Meal Services. These meals which include American and Ethnic meals are served without charge or at a low cost to mobile older adults (sixty (60) years of age or older) who congregate in a group setting at a central location. These nutritionally sound meals are served five (5) days a week in easily accessible locations.

  • The format of this Close-out Report shall follow a format prescribed by Grantor.
