The SPONSOR will notify the CONTRACTOR of any increase or decrease in the number of meals ordered no later than   AM each day. The Contractor will provide the Sponsor with adequate servings of meals/snacks to meet the requirements for the number of meals/snacks ordered by SPONSOR.
Meal Services. Provide one breakfast and one lunch per day per child that meet all Child Care Food Program requirements for meal patterns and serving sizes for children ages three to five. In addition, snacks may be served to students in the after school program at any Head Start Schools. Meals and snacks, if served, will only be served the days Volusia County students are in attendance unless other arrangements have been made with the School Way Café District Office.
Meal Services. WCA receive breakfast and lunch meal service from the District. The District ensures that the meal program provided to all schools in the District, including WCA, complies with all federal requirements and state/local health regulations. Students pay fees for lunches or participate in the free/reduced lunch program, for which the District receives reimbursement. The District provides staff for all students of the District for food services.
Meal Services. Two nutritionally balanced meals a day will be available at the Community Center. One meal a day is included in the Monthly Service Fee. RESIDENT may elect to take additional meals at the prevailing extra charge.
Meal Services a) The FSMC shall provide specified types of meal services in an efficient manner to maximize participation in the Child Nutrition Programs in the service locations and times as listed herein. b) The FSMC is expected to ensure that the quality of meal service is appealing and attractive to maximize customer satisfaction as well as ensure that students proceed through serving lines in an efficient manner. c) The FSMC shall provide condiments and utensils as needed. d) The FSMC shall use the SFA facilities for the preparation of food to be served in the designated meal service locations. e) All a la carte items served by the FSMC shall be approved by the SFA in advance of sale. f) The SFA should review all meal services to determine if complete meals are offered, if all items are available during the entire meal service, if food items listed on the menu are being served, if counts are accurately taken at the point of service, and if foods listed on the procurement schedule are available for service. g) The N/A shall administer the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP), if applicable. Food, labor and miscellaneous costs incurred will be reimbursed from the pre-approved allocation of money from a discretionary grant from the federal government. Additional administration fees, if any, must be negotiated and agreed upon, prior to implementation of the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program. If the FSMC administers the FFVP for the SFA, administrative expenses paid to the FSMC cannot exceed $100 total per month for the total of up to 50 schools participating in the program. The administrative expense may increase incrementally by $100 per month for an additional total of up to 50 schools participating in the FFVP. USDA allows no more than ten percent (10%) of the total grant awarded the SFA to be used for administrative expense (which includes equipment purchases). NYSED limits the total administrative expenses paid to the FSMC to one half percent (1/2%) of the respective percent for SFAs with more than 150 schools participating in FFVP. See chart below: 1-50 schools = $100 51-100 schools = $200 101-150 schools = $300 151 plus schools = ½% (cannot exceed ½% of up to 10% administrative expenses)
Meal Services. Meals will be ordered daily from the SCUSD appointed site and be delivered prior to the lunch hour. When MECHS is in session during a SCUSD scheduled break or vacation, special arrangements will be made by SCUSD to deliver or make arrangements for MECHS’s cafeteria to provide lunch with reimbursement being made by SCUSD. Qualifying students will be those who complete a Child Nutrition Application through SCUSD and are identified through the application process as a student who is eligible for receiving a free or reduced rate lunch by SCUSD.
Meal Services. CMP assumes responsibility for ensuring that CMP’s meal program complies with all federal requirements and state/local health regulations. The District’s Child Nutrition Department agrees to make available nutritionally adequate breakfast and lunch meals to CMP upon negotiation of a separate Memorandum of Understanding.

  • Legal Services If this Agreement is for legal services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall: (i) adhere to legal cost and billing guidelines designated by the JBE; (ii) adhere to litigation plans designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iii) adhere to case phasing of activities designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iv) submit and adhere to legal budgets as designated by the JBE; (v) maintain legal malpractice insurance in an amount not less than the amount designated by the JBE; and (vi) submit to legal bill audits and law firm audits if so requested by the JBE, whether conducted by employees or designees of the JBE or by any legal cost-control provider retained by the JBE for that purpose. Contractor may be required to submit to a legal cost and utilization review as determined by the JBE. If (a) the Contract Amount is greater than $50,000, (b) the legal services are not the legal representation of low- or middle-income persons, in either civil, criminal, or administrative matters, and (c) the legal services are to be performed within California, then Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to provide a minimum number of hours of pro xxxx legal services, or an equivalent amount of financial contributions to qualified legal services projects and support centers, as defined in section 6213 of the Business and Professions Code, during each year of the Agreement equal to the lesser of either (A) thirty (30) multiplied by the number of full time attorneys in the firm’s offices in California, with the number of hours prorated on an actual day basis for any period of less than a full year or (B) the number of hours equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Amount divided by the average billing rate of the firm. Failure to make a good faith effort may be cause for nonrenewal of this Agreement or another judicial branch or other state contract for legal services, and may be taken into account when determining the award of future contracts with a Judicial Branch Entity for legal services.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • General Services JHSS shall be responsible for administering and/or performing the customary services of a transfer agent and dividend disbursing agent; acting as service agent in connection with dividend and distribution functions; and for performing shareholder account and administrative agent functions in connection with the issuance, transfer and redemption or repurchase (including coordination with the Custodian) of Shares of each Fund, as more fully described in Schedule 1 - Duties of JHSS attached hereto and made part hereof, and in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information of the Fund, applicable laws and the procedures established from time to time between the Fund and JHSS.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Dental Services The following dental services are not covered, except as described under Dental Services in Section 3: • Dental injuries incurred as a result of biting or chewing. • General dental services including, but not limited to, extractions including full mouth extractions, prostheses, braces, operative restorations, fillings, frenectomies, medical or surgical treatment of dental caries, gingivitis, gingivectomy, impactions, periodontal surgery, non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, including appliances or restorations necessary to increase vertical dimensions or to restore the occlusion. • Panorex x-rays or dental x-rays. • Orthodontic services, even if related to a covered surgery. • Dental appliances or devices. • Preparation of the mouth for dentures and dental or oral surgeries such as, but not limited to, the following: o apicoectomy, per tooth, first root; o alveolectomy including curettage of osteitis or sequestrectomy; o alveoloplasty, each quadrant; o complete surgical removal of inaccessible impacted mandibular tooth mesial surface; o excision of feberous tuberosities; o excision of hyperplastic alveolar mucosa, each quadrant; o operculectomy excision periocoronal tissues; o removal of partially bony impacted tooth; o removal of completely bony impacted tooth, with or without unusual surgical complications; o surgical removal of partial bony impaction; o surgical removal of impacted maxillary tooth; o surgical removal of residual tooth roots; and o vestibuloplasty with skin/mucosal graft and lowering the floor of the mouth. • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.

  • Surgical Services All necessary procedures for extractions and other surgical procedures normally performed by a dentist.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;
