Collaboration Project definition

Collaboration Project means a Joint Project or an At-Novartis Project.

Collaboration Project means a collaboration which has been approved between one or more members of an organization external to the Met Office and a Sponsor within the Met Office.

Collaboration Project means a project within the Collaboration that is approved by the Steering Committee.

• Project Know-How invented (as determined in accordance with United States rules of inventorship) solely by employees of one Party during the course of a Collaboration Project ("Sole Inventions") shall be the property of such Party.

More Definitions of Collaboration Project

Collaboration Project means the research, development and commercialization of Antibodies by Abpro and NJCTTQ from which Patents directed to the Future Abpro’s IPs and Future NJCTTQ’s IPs arisen. (j) “Commercialization”or “Commercialize” or “Commercialized” means the commercialization of Product in the territories during the term of this Agreement, including without limitation marketing, promotion, price negotiation and setting, reimbursement negotiation, customer relations, sales, order processing, invoicing and collection, preparation of sales records and reports, warehousing, inventory management, logistics and distribution (including without limitation, the handing of returns, market withdrawals, field corrections and recalls) and other commercialization activities. (k) “Calendar Quarter” means the respective periods of three consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

Collaboration Project means a project to develop a product based on a certain technology which the Parties will agree to develop and/or contribute hereunder. A list of potential Collaboration Projects is attached as Exhibit A.

Collaboration Project means a defined effort by Credit Union and WSU to work together for their mutual benefit and documented in writing.

Collaboration Project means the collaboration between a number of Collaboration Partners which may include Collaboration Partners across the Sector Groups and delivered pursuant to a Collaboration Project Agreement;

For each Target, the Collaboration Project will from the Effective Date encompass a respective individual Subproject, and the general activities to be conducted and deliverables to be provided in each Subproject are set forth in the Project Plan (which might be amended on a Subproject-by-Subproject basis in accordance with this RCA).
