AND RECALLS. Employees will be laid off in reverse order of seniority whenever there is a reduction of employees in the bargaining unit. The only exception to this provision is when the client requests in writing that a specific security officers be retained at their site. Officers can bump due to (1) loss of site, (2) being bumped by a senior officer, (3) client removal for non-disciplinary reasons, (4)return from approved leave of absence or (5) loss of position on a site.
