Collaborative Partner definition

Collaborative Partner means any third party with whom Company, or its Affiliate who is a Sublicensee, enters into a written agreement under which Company or such Affiliate uses the Licensed Technology or Know-How for or on behalf of such third party; but excluding Sublicensees.
Collaborative Partner means any Person that manufactures or develops the product candidates pursuant to a development, manufacturing, supply or other collaboration arrangement with the Company.
Collaborative Partner means a Third Party with which Hybridon enters into an agreement providing for the development and/or commercialization of a Development Candidate.
