Collateral Calculation Date definition

Collateral Calculation Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month, and which date is used to determine the Outstanding Collateral Amount and the Security Amount.
Collateral Calculation Date means the Business Day on which the Required Collateral is calculated by the Ceding Company.

(l) Collateral Calculation Agent: The role of Collateral Calculation Agent will be split between (i) BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, which will determine the Securities Value and (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, which will make all other calculations in respect of the Collateral Assets as are required by the Terms and Conditions of the Certificates and any reference to the Collateral Calculation Agent in Part A of Annex13 (Additional Terms and Conditions for Secured Securities) shall be construed accordingly.
