Collateral Transaction Documents definition

Collateral Transaction Documents means the Contribution Agreements, the Charter Documents of each Securitization Entity, the IP License Agreements, the Servicing Agreement, the Account Control Agreements, the Management Agreement and the Back-Up Management Agreement.
Collateral Transaction Documents means the Contribution Agreement, the equity interests (including any certificates evidencing such interests) issued under the Charter Documents of each Securitization Entity, the Control Party Agreement, the Account Control Agreements, the Management Agreement, the Back-Up Management Agreement and the IP License Agreements.

Related to Collateral Transaction Documents

  • Permitted Securitization Documents means all documents and agreements evidencing, relating to or otherwise governing a Permitted Securitization Financing.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Notes, the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.
