Collectable Material definition

Collectable Material means Blue Box Material, Christmas Trees, Green Bin Material, Large Metal Items, Yard Waste Material, Bulky Items and Garbage;
Collectable Material means material which may be collected Curbside pursuant to this By-law including Recyclable Material, Garbage and Leaf and Yard Waste;

Examples of Collectable Material in a sentence

  • The Region shall provide a rebate each year, at a rate as set from time to time by Council, to the Registered Owner of Large Apartment Buildings and Multi-Residential Premises Not On A Roadway that is based on each Self-contained Unit within the Large Apartment Buildings or Multi- Residential Premises Not On A Roadway that does not receive the collection of all Collectable Material by the Region.

  • Every Owner of a Curbside Premises shall separate Collectable Material according to its class as set out in section 4 of this By-law when placing the Collectable Material for Curbside Collection.

  • No person, except a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, a Police Officer or an employee or agent of the Region, shall disturb, remove or scatter any Collectable Material after it has been placed for Curbside Collection.

  • Staff will determine placement location of the Collectable Material if necessary.

  • Every Registered Owner of a Non-Curbside Premises shall comply and cause any condominium owner, member, tenant or other occupier of the Non-Curbside Premises to comply with the requirements of Part II of this By-law, as applicable and with such necessary modification, when placing Collectable Material for Non-Curbside Collection.

  • No Owner of a Premises that is not a Curbside Premises shall set out or permit to be set out Collectable Material or Non-Collectable Material at a Curbside for the Owner’s Premises.

  • The Region will provide collection of all or some Collectable Material to eligible Premises as defined in the Waste By-law.

  • No Owner of a Curbside Premises shall set out or permit to be set out Collectable Material at a Curbside for the Owner’s Curbside Premises except on the days designated for the Premises by the Director pursuant to this By-law.

  • No Owner of a Curbside Premises shall permit Collectable Material set out for Curbside Collection to become uncontained for any reason, including weather, animals or birds.

  • No Owner of a Curbside Premises shall set out or permit to be set out Collectable Material at a Curbside for the Owner’s Curbside Premises if the Collectable Material was generated at another Premises.

Related to Collectable Material

  • Recyclable material means a material generated by the entity's operations, including aluminum, steel containers, aseptic packag- ing and polycoated paperboard cartons, high-grade office paper, and corrugated cardboard.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Unsuitable material means material other than suitable material and shall comprise:

  • Combustible material means combustible refuse, combustible waste or any other material capable of igniting;

  • Fissile material means the radionuclides uranium-233, uranium-235, plutonium-239, and plutonium-241, or any combination of these radionuclides. "Fissile material" means the fissile nuclides themselves, not material containing fissile nuclides. Unirradiated natural uranium and depleted uranium and natural uranium or depleted uranium, that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only, are not included in this definition. Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

  • fungible materials means materials that are of the same kind and commercial quality, with the same technical and physical characteristics, and which cannot be distinguished from one another once they are incorporated into the finished product;

  • Non-combustible material means a material, which does not burn nor add heat to a fire when tested for combustibility in accordance with good practice;

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.

  • Nonconforming use means a use of land that:

  • Recovered material means waste materials and by-products recovered or diverted from solid waste, but the term does not include those materials and by-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original manufacturing process.

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Lost or missing licensed material means licensed material whose location is unknown. This definition includes licensed material that has been shipped but has not reached its planned destination and whose location cannot be readily traced in the transportation system.

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Cell Line means the cell line, particulars of which are set out in Schedule 1.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Cost of materials means the cost of components, parts or materials which are intended for the production, manufacturing or assembling of the goods bid for and which are not produced, manufactured or assembled in the factory where the production, manufacture or assembly of such goods occurs, including freight, landing costs, port charges, import duties and other import costs of such components, parts or materials and all costs in connection with the handling and transport thereof prior to delivery at that factory;

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Nonconforming Goods means only the following: (i) product shipped is different than identified in Buyer's purchase order; or (ii) product's label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents.

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.
