College Fees definition

College Fees. (“ffioedd coleg”) means the fees payable by a qualifying student to a college or permanent private hall of the University of Oxford or to a college of the University of Cambridge in connection with the qualifying student’s attendance on a qualifying course;
College Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the College in connection with a Child's education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Sundry Costs;
College Fees or "school fees" means the money payable by the Parent/s to the College in connection with a child's education, excluding any Enrolment Fee or Deposit;

More Definitions of College Fees

College Fees means all amounts charged to the Applicant by the College in exchange for the Services the College provides and includes the Annual Fee and the Additional Fees.
College Fees. MEANS ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS CHARGED TO STUDENTS IN ALL GRADUATE OR UNDERGRADUATE ACADEMIC PROGRAMS IN A COLLEGE, SCHOOL, OR DIVISION.
College Fees means the amount contained in the Annual Fee Letter or a different amount determined in accordance with the Student Admission Contract. The College Fees shall escalate annually as notified by the College to the Parents on or before 1 December of the preceding College year. Should a Student board at the College Hostel, the Parents will be required to complete the relevant sections of the Admission Application Form. For the avoidance of doubt the relevant Hostel fees shall be included in the amount referred to as College Fees throughout the Student Admission Contract.
College Fees means “Tuition”, “Facilities Fees” and “Other Fees”.

Related to College Fees

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tuition and fees means undergraduate tuition and services

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • College means any college in the South Carolina Technical College System.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Direct medical education costs means costs directly associated with the medical education of interns and residents or other medical education programs, such as a nursing education program or allied health programs, conducted in an outpatient setting, that qualify for payment as medical education costs under the Medicare program. The amount of direct medical education costs is determined from the hospital base-year cost reports and is inflated in determining the direct medical education rate.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Audit-Related Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for assurance and related services by the issuer's external auditor that are reasonably related to the performance of the audit or review of the issuer's financial statements and are not reported under "Audit Fees" above.

  • Funding and Brokerage Fees means, in respect of a Series, all applicable fees other than the Arranger Fees, including, but not limited to, margin interest, securities lending fees, brokerage fees and costs of transaction taxes on the sale or purchase of Reference Assets (where relevant).

  • Community Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments means all dues, fees, assessments and other charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominium association, homeowners association or similar organization.

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Health care expenses means, for purposes of Section 14, expenses of health maintenance organizations associated with the delivery of health care services, which expenses are analogous to incurred losses of insurers.

  • Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.

  • License Fees means all non-refundable fees payable by Licensee to OT with respect to the granting of Software Licenses; “License Model” means the description of the conditions, limitations and restrictions associated with the Software License which govern the use of the Software, as set out in the applicable License Model Schedule;

  • Distance education means education imparted by combination of any two or more means of communication, viz. broadcasting, telecasting, correspondence courses, seminars, contact programmes and any other such methodology;

  • Settlement Administration Expenses means the Settlement Administrator’s fee, and the expenses incurred by the Settlement Administrator in providing Notice, processing exclusions and objections, responding to inquiries from members of the Settlement Class, mailing Settlement checks, and related services, paying taxes and tax expenses related to the Settlement Fund (including all federal, state or local taxes of any kind and interest or penalties thereon, as well as expenses incurred in connection with determining the amount of and paying any taxes owed and expenses related to any tax attorneys and accountants).
