Student Admission. The admission of students to the program will be conducted in accordance with the following principles: (i) The parties shall agree on the application procedure, including application deadlines, selection criteria and student quota as defined in the Addenda. (ii) Students must meet the admission criteria of both institutions.‌ (iii) Students shall have a home institution and a host institution defined. (iv) Students apply to the program at their home institution, which is responsible for screening the applications and providing the host institution with a list of selected and eligible candidates. The institution will examine the provided documents and will assess their suitability to the educational and training course students are applying for. The final decision on students admission or refusal, will then be sent to the partner university within the deadline stated in the Addendum. (v) Students are selected and admitted to the programs according to their academic results, prerequisite requirements and motivations. (vi) Prerequisites for the mobility include that students have successfully completed a necessary number of credits at the home institution. Details are specified in the Addenda. (vii)‌

Student Admission. In order to be admitted to the Double Degree Programme, the students will have to meet the admission requirements of both Parties. Students shall apply to the double degrees exchange programme at their respective Home Institution according to their regulations and procedures. FUNDING AND TUITION Students pay tuition fees at their Home Institution according to each Party’s own rules and regulations. The Parties undertake to apply reciprocity for students exchanged between the Parties under the Double Degree Programme and no Party shall claim tuition and/or tuition related fees from visiting students. No Party shall be liable to pay any travel costs, including any visa/residence permit or costs related to the students’ accommodation, insurances or other personal expenses of the students. Each Party shall inform the other Party in advance about any kind of obligatory fees or expenses, which the students are expected to pay before or during their study period at the Host Institution. SERVICES TO STUDENTS Students participating in the Double Degree Programme are admitted to each Party and will be granted the same academic rights, privileges, and responsibilities as other students at each Party. Consistent with the principles of expeditionary learning, RMSEL shall seek to admit a student population that would benefit from RMSEL’s unique learning opportunities and curricular classroom structures. e. Consistent with § 00-00-000, C.R.S., admission to RMSEL may be denied if: i. There is a lack of space or teaching staff within RMSEL or grade level. ii. RMSEL does not offer appropriate programs, is not structured or equipped with the necessary facilities to meet special needs of a student, or does not offer a particular program requested. iii. A student does not meet established eligibility criteria for participation, including age requirements, course prerequisites, and required levels of performance. iv. A student has been expelled, or is in the process of being expelled, for the reasons specified in C.R.S. § 22-33-106(1)(c.5) or (1)(d). v. Grounds exist for the denial of enrollment pursuant to C.R.S. § 22-33-106(3)(a), (b), (c), (e), or (f).

Students who do not meet the appropriate readiness levels will participate in high school courses provided by Corporation X until certified as ready by instructors from University in a High School.
