Table 1 means Table 1 of the Reporting ITS.
KPI means a key performance indicator to which the Services are to be provided as set out in the Specification].
Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.
Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.
Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.
EPS means earnings per share.
Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.
Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.
Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
ROE means return on equity;
Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.
CAGR means compound annual growth rate;
Final Level means, in respect of the Index, the Closing Level on the Final Valuation Date, provided that, if the Final Valuation Date is not an Exchange Business Day, then the Final Level will be determined on the immediately preceding
Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.
Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Tier 3 Wire Centers are those Embarq Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.
Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.
Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:
Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.
Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
