Commercial center means a use of property for active ground floor uses such as retail.
Commercial center means a group of contiguous lots organized into a shopping center, strip mall, business park, office condominium or similar grouping that share mutual access, ingress and egress easements.

Commercial center means all the Land, the Buildings and Improvements thereon, and all easements, air rights, development rights and other appurtenances thereto which are the premises located at 000 xxxx Xxxx Xxxx in the Town of Westport, County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, plus such additional buildings and/or improvements as may hereafter be added thereto.
