Commercial Operation Certificate definition

Commercial Operation Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 8.2.
Commercial Operation Certificate means the certificate attached hereto as Appendix C.
Commercial Operation Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.9.

Commercial Operation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3, substantially in the form of the certificate attached as Appendix K.
