Commitment Agreements definition

Commitment Agreements means the agreements between the Partnership or an Affiliate thereof and Partners, pursuant to which each Partner undertakes certain obligations, including the obligation to make capital contributions pursuant to Section 4.1 and/or Section 7.1.
