This benefit shall in no event exceed the Common Accident maximum amount shown in the Schedule.
The Deductible must be satisfied once each calendar year, except for: • the Common Accident Provision: if the Deductible applies to accident expenses and if 2 or more members of 1 family receive Covered Benefits because of disabilities resulting from injuries sustained in any 1 accident, the Deductible will be applied only once with respect to all Covered Benefits received as a result of the accident.

GCA5632 Common Accident means the same Accident or separate Accidents that occur within the same consecutive twenty-four (24) hour period and result in Loss of Life to a Primary Insured Person and such Primary Insured Person's Spouse or Domestic Partner.
