Common Use Equipment definition

Common Use Equipment means all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety and HVAC equipment, pipes, ducts, wiring, machinery and equipment and other integral services, utility connections and the like providing services to and within the Development other than the Building Systems.
Common Use Equipment means equipment, seating, electronics, hardware and software that the Port reserves for the flexible and temporary use of any Air Carrier serving the Airport.
Common Use Equipment means all mechanical, plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment, pipes, ducts, wiring, machinery and equipment and other integral services, utility connections and the like providing services for the use and enjoyment of the tenants in the Building.

  • The Tenant shall not permit or allow anything that might result in any overloading of any of the Common Use Equipment.

More Definitions of Common Use Equipment

Common Use Equipment means the definition found in Section 15.09. “Common Use Formula” shall mean the formula specified in Section 8.03.
Common Use Equipment means all mechanical, plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment, pipes, ducts, wiring, machinery and equipment and other integral services, utility connections and the like providing services to the Building, but for greater certainty shall exclude any items installed by the Tenant pursuant to Sections 16.27, 16.28 and 16.29 of this Lease.

Related to Common Use Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.
