Common Use Space definition

Common Use Space means terminal building space occupied by a commercial air carrier in common with all other carriers. This space includes the inbound baggage, baggage claim, departure, concourse, holding and gate areas.
Common Use Space means the area adjacent to the Public Landing Area designated and made available from time to time by the Port Authority for common use for the loading or unloading of passengers or cargo to or from aircraft using the public landing area.
Common Use Space means Port controlled ticket counter, ticket office, equipment, Kiosks and gates which the Port has not leased and which it reserves for the flexible and temporary use of any Air Carrier serving the Airport.

Common Use Space means terminal building space occupied by a Commercial Air Carrier in common with all other carriers. This space includes, but is not limited to, the inbound baggage, baggage claim, security screening areas, and passenger hold areas.
Common Use Space means the space in the building used by the public for circulation, included but not limited to public restrooms, vestibules, lobbies, waiting areas, public concession space. In addition, for purposes of this Permit, Common Use Space shall also include all space in the building that is used to support building operations that is not under lease to any tenant.
Common Use Space means the areas specifically designated by AVIATION in the Terminal Complex for the purpose of allowing multiple Air Transportation Companies to provide air transportation services to the traveling public. Such areas shall be assigned to AIRLINE by AVIATION for specific portions of the day to accommodate AIRLINE’s flight operations. Common Use Space is more specifically defined as follows:
Common Use Space means space used by an Airline in common with all other Airlines using the space.
Common Use Space means those holdrooms, ramps and ticket counter areas within the exclusive control and management of MAC that are made available by MAC to Airlines on a common use basis in accordance with Section III.D.
Common Use Space means the baggage claim area, security check point area and any other areas in the Terminal Building used in common by Airlines together with all facilities, improvements and equipment which have been or may hereafter be provided for use in connection with such premises. The Common Use Space in the Terminal Building are described in Exhibit “C”.
Common Use Space means space managed by City that may be made available to Airline from time to time for use in common with other airlines, as assigned by the Director, subject to applicable Rules and Regulations.
