The Neighborhood Representative shall be appointed by the President of its Neighborhood Association at a duly constituted meeting of the Neighborhood Association Board of Directors, or elected by the members of a Neighborhood at the individual Neighborhood Association’s annual meeting, if so directed by its applicable Neighborhood Declaration.
Each Neighborhood will be subject to the Declaration, and will also be subject to a separate Neighborhood Declaration that will, among other things, create a separate Neighborhood Association which will be governed by its own separate Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
Notwithstanding any other condition of this Neighborhood Declaration to the contrary, the Neighborhood Board shall have the right to join the Master Association and any other Neighborhood Associations in a cooperative effort to obtain the insurance coverages specified in this Neighborhood Declaration and in the Master Declaration, and shall have the right to enter into agreements with insurers in coordination with such associations providing coverage to all such entities.
The Owners in such Neighborhood shall be members of a Neighborhood Association in accordance with a Neighborhood Declaration in addition to the Master Association.
Any notice required to be sent to any Member or Owner under the provisions of this Neighborhood Declaration shall be deemed to have been properly sent, and notice thereby given, when mailed, with the proper postage affixed to the last known address of the Owner appearing in the records of the Association, or to the address of the Member's Unit.
