Neighborhood Declaration definition

Neighborhood Declaration means any declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions applicable to a Neighborhood within the Properties creating a Neighborhood Association or imposing use restrictions on the Lots or Units within the Neighborhood.
Neighborhood Declaration. . “Neighborhood Declaration” means and refers to a declaration more particularly described in Article 3 of this Declaration.
Neighborhood Declaration means a declaration subjecting the Neighborhood to covenants and restrictions in addition to this Master Declaration and recorded with the Lake County Recorder. A Neighborhood Declaration may be a condominium declaration as set forth in Section 5311.05 of the Ohio Revised Code.

  • The Neighborhood Representative shall be appointed by the President of its Neighborhood Association at a duly constituted meeting of the Neighborhood Association Board of Directors, or elected by the members of a Neighborhood at the individual Neighborhood Association’s annual meeting, if so directed by its applicable Neighborhood Declaration.

  • Each Neighborhood will be subject to the Declaration, and will also be subject to a separate Neighborhood Declaration that will, among other things, create a separate Neighborhood Association which will be governed by its own separate Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

  • Notwithstanding any other condition of this Neighborhood Declaration to the contrary, the Neighborhood Board shall have the right to join the Master Association and any other Neighborhood Associations in a cooperative effort to obtain the insurance coverages specified in this Neighborhood Declaration and in the Master Declaration, and shall have the right to enter into agreements with insurers in coordination with such associations providing coverage to all such entities.

  • Any notice required to be sent to any Member or Owner under the provisions of this Neighborhood Declaration shall be deemed to have been properly sent, and notice thereby given, when mailed, with the proper postage affixed to the last known address of the Owner appearing in the records of the Association, or to the address of the Member's Unit.

Neighborhood Declaration means and refer to this Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Maple Brooke, as amended from time to time.

Neighborhood Declaration means any declaration recorded in the Public Records governing a Neighborhood including, without limitation, any condominium declaration.
Neighborhood Declaration or “Declaration” means this document, together with all amendments and supplements hereto.
