Neighborhood Declaration definition

Neighborhood Declaration means any declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions applicable to a Neighborhood within the Properties creating a Neighborhood Association or imposing use restrictions on the Lots or Units within the Neighborhood.
Neighborhood Declaration. . “Neighborhood Declaration” means and refers to a declaration more particularly described in Article 3 of this Declaration.
Neighborhood Declaration means a declaration subjecting the Neighborhood to covenants and restrictions in addition to this Master Declaration and recorded with the Lake County Recorder. A Neighborhood Declaration may be a condominium declaration as set forth in Section 5311.05 of the Ohio Revised Code.

  • Each Neighborhood will be subject to the Declaration, and will also be subject to a separate Neighborhood Declaration that will, among other things, create a separate Neighborhood Association which will be governed by its own separate Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

  • The Neighborhood Representative shall be appointed by the President of its Neighborhood Association at a duly constituted meeting of the Neighborhood Association Board of Directors, or elected by the members of a Neighborhood at the individual Neighborhood Association’s annual meeting, if so directed by its applicable Neighborhood Declaration.

  • The Board of Directors shall allocate to each Neighborhood the expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred by the Association with respect to its obligations under this Declaration, any Supplemental Declaration or any Neighborhood Declaration with respect to a particular Neighborhood which shall include, but not be limited to, maintenance of trees, sod or other plantings on a Lot or in the unpaved right of way abutting a Lot, including replacements thereof.

  • These easements include the right to cut any trees, bushes, or shrubbery, make any gradings of the soil, or to take any other action reasonably necessary to install utilities and to maintain reasonable standards of health and appearance but shall not include the right to disturb any improvements erected within the Neighborhood Properties that are not located within the specific easement area, designated on the plat or in this Neighborhood Declaration.

  • The following provisions shall be subject to any architectural review procedures or requirements established by the Master Association, and in the event of conflict between the terms or conditions of this Neighborhood Declaration and the terms and conditions of the Master Declaration, the Master Declaration shall supersede and control.

Neighborhood Declaration means a set of covenants, conditions and restrictions uniquely attributable to a Neighborhood within Carriage Park.
Neighborhood Declaration means this instrument and any amendments, restatements, supplements, or annexations thereto, which are recorded in the office of the Washington County Recorder. The Neighborhood Declaration is subordinate to the Master Declaration.
Neighborhood Declaration means this declaration of protective covenants or similar instrument recorded in the Johnston County, North Carolina Public Registry which subjects all or a portion of the land described on Exhibit A to these covenants, restrictions and easements contained in this Declaration, if any, but does not include the Declaration.

Neighborhood Declaration means any declaration recorded in the Public Records governing a Neighborhood including, without limitation, any condominium declaration.

Neighborhood Declaration means a Supplemental Declaration which is Recorded and affects a particular Neighborhood.
