The Owners in such Neighborhood shall be members of a Neighborhood Association in accordance with a Neighborhood Declaration in addition to the Master Association.
The granting of an approval by the Architectural Committee shall not affect the obligation of an Owner to comply with the requirements of any Neighborhood Declaration, Neighborhood Association or architectural committee appointed thereunder, nor the obligation to comply with all governmental laws and regulations affecting the property concerned.
