Community Solar Quarterly Report means a report that Seller must submit to Buyer and the IPA or its designee on a quarterly basis pursuant to Section 10(b) of the Cover Sheet, which shall be submitted concurrent with its invoice, indicating the percent of Actual Nameplate Capacity that has been subscribed and the Community Solar Subscription Mix.” The following is added as Section 0.00.0.:
