Company Awards definition
Company Awards means an award pursuant to a Company Stock Plan of (i) restricted stock units (including performance-based restricted stock units) that correspond to Common Stock and/or (ii) Company Stock Options.
Company Awards has the meaning specified in Section 4.6(b).
Company Awards means Company Options, Company RSUs and shares of Company Restricted Stock granted under the Company Equity Incentive Plan (or otherwise).
