Company Omnibus Plan definition

Company Omnibus Plan means the Company’s omnibus long-term incentive plan approved by the Company Shareholders on August 28, 2018, as further amended and restated on March 12, 2021;
Company Omnibus Plan means the Company’s omnibus long term incentive plan effective as of April 26, 2019, as amended and restated pursuant to an amended and restated omnibus long term incentive plan effective as of July 2, 2021.

The long-term incentive described in this section (“Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan”) includes cash long-term incentives, but does not include stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards. Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s).
