Company Employment Agreement definition

Company Employment Agreement means a contract, offer letter or agreement of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with or addressed to any individual who is rendering or has rendered services thereto as an employee or consultant pursuant to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has any actual or contingent liability or obligation to provide compensation and/or benefits in consideration for past, present or future services.
Company Employment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(b).
Company Employment Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visas, work permit or other agreement, contract or understanding between either Company and any Employee;

Company Employment Agreement means any (a) contract, (b) offer letter, (c) agreement or (d) arrangement of the Company or any Company Subsidiary with or addressed to any individual who is rendering or has rendered services thereto as an employee, independent contractor or consultant pursuant to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary has any actual or contingent liability or obligation to provide compensation and/or benefits in consideration for past, present or future services.
