Company Licensed Software definition

Company Licensed Software means all software (other than Company Proprietary Software) used by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Company Licensed Software means all third party software (other than Company Proprietary Software or standard, off-the-shelf third party personal computer or server-based products such as word processing, accounting, spreadsheet programs, or so forth) used by the Company and the Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company Licensed Software

Company Licensed Software means all Software (other than Company Proprietary Software and Software that is generally available on nondiscriminatory licensing and pricing terms, including all off-the-shelf, commercially available Software, with a license fee payment of less than $1,000) used by the Company.

Company Licensed Software means all software and operating information systems (other than Company Proprietary Software) that are used in the business as presently conducted by the Company; provided that it shall exclude any off-the-rack software.
