Company Principals definition

Company Principals means Txx Xxxx, N. Mxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 3rd or their respective Affiliates; provided however, that in no event shall a “Company Principals” include the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Company Principals means any Person who: (i) is an executive officer, director or Affiliate of the Company or any executive officer or director of any Affiliate of the Company or any Related Person of any of the foregoing, or (ii) prior to the Merger was a shareholder, executive officer, director or Affiliate of Tower Hill or of any shareholder, executive officer or director of Tower Hill or any Related Person of any of the foregoing (each of the foregoing persons referred to in this clause (ii), a "THSI Principal").

Related to Company Principals

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Information Assets means any information, including Confidential Information, necessary to the operation of either party that is created, stored, transmitted, processed or managed on any hardware, software, network components, or any printed form or is communicated orally. “Information Assets” does not include information that has been transferred from the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party under applicable laws, regulations and agency guidance, and that is being maintained and used by the Receiving Party solely for purposes that are not Contractor Exchange Functions.

  • Company IP Agreements means all licenses, sublicenses, consent to use agreements, settlements, coexistence agreements, covenants not to xxx, permissions and other Contracts (including any right to receive or obligation to pay royalties or any other consideration), whether written or oral, relating to Intellectual Property to which the Company is a party, beneficiary or otherwise bound.

  • Direct seller means a person selling consumer products to individuals for personal or household use and not from a fixed retail location, including selling such product at in-home product demonstrations, parties, and other one-on-one selling.
