Company Results means Results generated by the Company Team.

Company Results. - shall mean all and any inventions, products, materials, compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature covering or constituting Group 2 Company Products Discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of activities of any nature by the Company outside the facilities of the Institute which are not joint or collaborative with the Scientists (including via consultancy or other agreements or arrangements), WIS or Yeda and to which the Scientists have not contributed in any way;

  • The results and proceeds of Employee's services hereunder including, but not limited to, creating, designing, sketching, animation, writing and/or directing in connection with ideas, stories, screenplays and the Pictures, Productions or any other Pixar production's or works shall be deemed a work-made-for-hire specially ordered or commissioned by Company ("Results and Proceeds").

  • The principal activities of the Company, Results and Dividends, Future Developments, Key Performance Indicators, Principal Risks and Uncertainties are detailed in the Strategic Report.

  • Company Financials means the Audited Financial Statements and the Interim Financial Statements.

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Historical data means any data collected by an ALPR system and stored on the statewide ALPR server operated by the Vermont Justice Information Sharing System of the Department of Public Safety.
