Competitive Project definition

Competitive Project means the company plans to locate/relocate its operation outside Tallahassee-Leon County but for assistance provided by economic development incentives.
Competitive Project shall be defined as any task or work effort with an intent or result that is or will be substantially similar to any contemplated by this Agreement.
Competitive Project means expansion or location of some or all of a business enterprise's operations in this state having significant regional impact where the commissioner of economic development certifies that but for some or all of the tax incentives provided in this Code section, the business enterprise would have located or expanded outside this state.
