Completion Longstop Date definition

Completion Longstop Date means 30 November 2032, or such other date as the Seller and Purchaser may agree in writing.
Completion Longstop Date means the date falling three hundred and sixty five (365) days after Planned Completion Date as such Planned Completion Date may be extended pursuant to Article 25 (Delay Events);
Completion Longstop Date means the date falling 24 months from the Substantial Completion Date.

Related to Completion Longstop Date

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Start-up period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.
