Completion Security definition

Completion Security means a Security provided to Unitywater to secure the performance and fulfillment of a Development Obligation;
Completion Security has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Completion Security means Credit Support substantially in the form of Appendix J.

  • The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that, if it should fail to complete all Network Works within the time set out in this Agreement, then Unitywater is entitled to recover the monies comprising, or represented in, the Completion Security and that Unitywater may apply those monies to complete the Network Works (or any part thereof) and to remedy any defects which become evident during the defect liability period.

  • The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the Completion Security will be released by Unitywater in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If Unitywater accepts a cash bond as the Completion Security, the Applicant acknowledges that no interest shall accrue or be payable and that the cash bond will be held by Unitywater as it sees fit and in its absolute discretion.

More Definitions of Completion Security

Completion Security means a Security or part of a Security provided to the applicable Infrastructure Authority to secure the performance and fulfilment of a Development Obligation to enable the following:
Completion Security means a bond or other acceptable surety deposited by an applicant with the city to ensure completion within one year of improvements required to obtain a permit or approval.
Completion Security means the performance security issued by a bank in favor of the Contracting Authority in respect of the Concessionaire’s obligations to carry out the Works to be provided by the Concessionaire to the Contracting Authority in the agreed form, in compliance with the requirements of Clause 30.1 (Closing Security).
Completion Security shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.21(b)(i) hereof.

Related to Completion Security

  • Transaction Security means the Security created or expressed to be created in favour of the Security Agent pursuant to the Transaction Security Documents.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.
