Compliance Audits definition

Compliance Audits means the audit and oversight activity described in Section 3. a) and b) of the Compliance Plan.

Examples of Compliance Audits in a sentence

  • Code Chapter 1, Subchapter G, and HHSC’s Guidelines for Annual Financial and Compliance Audits of Community MHMR Centers (21st Revision - February 2005) (the “Audit Guidelines”).

  • The Regional Entity may request additional data or information and conduct follow-up assessments, on-site or other Spot Checking, or Compliance Audits as it deems necessary to verify that all required actions in the Mitigation Plan have been completed and the Registered Entity is in compliance with the subject Reliability Standard.

  • These topics shall be included in such Compliance Audits regardless of whether a Compliance Audit was otherwise scheduled to include the CIP Standard that includes the Applicable Requirement.

  • The Compliance Enforcement Authority shall request such data or information and conduct follow-up assessments, on-site or other Spot Checks, or Compliance Audits as it deems necessary to verify that all required actions in the Mitigation Plan have been completed.

Related to Compliance Audits

  • Compliance Costs means all expenses, commitments or obligations in excess of one million dollars ($1,000,000) incurred by Carrier or required to be incurred by Carrier to comply with a Change in Law, irrespective of whether such expenses, commitments or obligations are to be incurred as a one-time expenditure or periodically for an extended period.

  • Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.

  • Compliance Officer means Company Secretary or such other senior officer, who is financially literate and is capable of appreciating requirements for legal and regulatory compliance under these regulations designated so and reporting to the Board of Directors and who shall be responsible for compliance of policies, procedures, maintenance of records, monitoring adherence to the rules for the preservation of unpublished price sensitive information, monitoring of trades and the implementation of the codes specified in these regulations under the overall supervision of the Board of Directors of the Company.
